Conflict with WTI LIKE POST

I need to report

I use this plugin along with WTI like Post
Cache is work, but it effect WTI like post plugin.

when someone vote from 0 to 1, there are success, but after refresh browser, it will back to 0 again, and only show 1 if i clear Page Cache from w3TC menu.

Also if i as administrator vote directly from 0 to 1, it success, and even i refresh browser, it stay 1. Because i set no Caching for login user and a visitor can see 1 on they browser.

How to exclude this plugin from cache wti like post for visitors?
