conflict with Yoast SEO

site: https://leadershiptherapist.com/ shows 2 added lines of links/shares at the top of the content of the pages with 1-click’s social sharing icons. This just happened with the update to WP4.5 — when I Disable “Yoast SEO” in Plugins, the issue goes away. Please rectify this conflict so both plugins can be used simultaneously?
