Conflict with Yoast SEO plugin

Currently experiencing an issue when Yoast SEO is active.

I’m getting a "Currently unavailable. Please try a different payment method." displayed where the credit card form is.

Strangely, the credit card form appears about three times while the AJAX is processing, it will then change to one form (as it should be), but then once the AJAX is finished, the form is hidden with that message.

In the console, I get this error multiple times:
[Braintree] Integration error: Element already contains a Braintree iframe.

I’ve done testing with default themes, disabling all plugins, different combinations of plugins, but the only common denominator is Yoast being active for the failure to occur.
