Conflict WooCommerce and Trinity theme portfolio slider/images and some text

Hi,

After several attempts to work out what the issue is with my theme when running the woocommerce plugin, I finally need to post here.
I have experienced corrupted portfolio links, missing text and animation on my site which is resolved by removing the plug-in.
The plug-in itself seems to work ok, albeit necessary to regenerate thumbnails.
The Trinity theme developer had noticed my file permissions (after access to ftp) were set to 0755, and now I have changed most of these to 0644, confirmed by my host support. I have since de-installed and re-installed the plug-in to no avail (installed pages also). I have several products uploaded which I was very pleased with creating and really hope that I can continue to use this plug-in with a fully functioning website.

I have pasted my original observations about the issue below…

-The homepage text under the revolution slider and between the icon features does not display, even though this present.
-The animated icon text which should appear above the ‘Bicissimo stamp.jpg’ does not appear
-The portfolio at the bottom does not have differentiated image (featured image) items for url links to their description text and own image –featured slider, and the normal blue screen on each featured image is not present. This means some text is not framed or visible due to white contrast on image
-The main problem you have noted is the missing portfolio featured image and featureslider for each item.
-On the woocommerce product pages, after regenerating all thumbnails, some images are still poor resolution and not correctly sized/orientated.

I’m really hoping that someone can advise me as what could be the problem, as I seem to be running out of options. The domain is on a multisite server.
