Conflicted Async and Ninja Forms

  • Hi Guys

    I am experiencing a problem with a conflict between Async plugin and Ninja forms conditional logic on mobile and other devices.

    When viewing the Ninja forms on mobile and certain devices instead of the form holding together and allowing the conditional logic to present content when needed the Ninja forms Cascade one beneath each other so that you can view them in one long line.

    After uninstalling the Async plugin the Ninja form works fine but when active the above result is experienced.

    I have spoken to Ninja forms who are happy to collaborate with your developers on the issue to resolve it.

    Please can you assist?

    I see an “ReferenceError: togglePlayableTags is not defined”-error on the browser console, for that you’ll probably have to exclude the divi-overlays plugin (or specifically plugins/divi-overlays/assets/js/custom.js) from being asynced.

    If the problem still occurs, try excluding the ninja-forms-conditionals and/or ninja-forms plugin from being asynced, all the while keeping an eye on the browser console for JS errors.
