    Hello,

There seems to be a folder name conflict with the latest update. When I try backing up my site via FTP I keep getting an error message that says, “The name ‘Integrations’ is already taken.”

Upon closer inspection, it appears that the latest update of the Braintree for WooCommerce Payment Gateway (woocommerce-gateway-paypal-powered-by-braintree) added two new folders: ‘integrations’ and ‘Integrations’ — with the only difference being that one name has a capital ‘I’ and the other has a lowercase ‘i’ My FTP client can’t distinguish between the two.

Can you please either fix this or provide some guidance? FWIW, the ‘integrations’ folder contains a file named Pre_Orders.php and the ‘Integrations’ folder contains a file named Product_Addons.php.

    Thx.

  • Hi @tarshis,

Thanks for reaching out. Happy to help you with this!

It looks like you also sent a request for this same issue through our help desk, so I’ll briefly provide the answer here as well for anyone else that may stumble upon this issue.

It looks like both the “Pre_Orders.php” and the “Product_Addons.php” files should be under a single “integrations” folder (lowercase “i”). Over time, the folder name may have changed from Integrations to integrations. Some servers handle this by creating both folders.

To clean this up, you can remove the plugin files and upload a copy of the latest version, or you can simply move the “Product_Addons.php” file into the integrations folder and remove the Integrations folder entirely.

    Thanks,
    Marcus
