    Hi,

I have recently started using this currency switcher plugin https://en-gb.www.ads-software.com/plugins/currency-switcher-woocommerce/

If someone visits the site for the USA and populates the site in $, the next user in Europe will also see the site in $. If litespeed is disabled the USA user sees the price in $ and the user in Europe sees a price in euros.

Is there a way to stop the price of the item being cached? I am unable to use litespeed cache at the moment due to this issue.

    Hi,

May I know that if this plugin is inserted as shortcode ?

if that is the case, please enable ESI , then change the shortcode , for example , from

    [woocommerce_currency_switcher_drop_down_box]

    to

    [esi woocommerce_currency_switcher_drop_down_box cache=”private” ttl=”3600″]

then purge all , and see how it goes.

    Best regards,

    Hi,

Sorry it isn’t implemented as shortcode.

I messaged the dev’s of the plugin and they replied with:

“Currency Switcher does not explicitly set a cookie name as it uses PHP sessions to track the user as they navigate the site. The default/generic cookie name would be PHPSESSID, but it could vary a bit depending on your configuration”

    Hi,

Unfortunately if any other plugin that requires PHP session , then it won’t work with LiteSpeed Cache

    Best regards,
