MailPoet sends me an error saying that “Die E-Mail verst??t gegen die DMARC-Richtlinie der Absenderdom?ne.” (~ violating the DMARC guideline).

I have 2 Email addresses registered: [email protected] and [email protected]. Both are authorized by MailPoet.

In the DNS and everywhere where it was possible, I gave hubersgoafrica.com as the right mail address. Still MailPoet wants to use the merckgroup.com as the sender address. I only entered [email protected] when registering my account. Does that create the conflict? Can you please have a look into it and fix the error?

    Hello there @hubersgoafrica ,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Can you confirm if you’ve sent your FROM address to use [email protected]?

Kindly go to MailPoet > Settings > Basic > Default Sender: Ref: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/136-the-basics-tab

Also, when creating an email, on the final step (“Send” for newsletters, and “Activate” for others), you can enter Sender (From) and Reply-to addresses to use for that specific email. If you are having trouble sending due to the email address being used, and you’ve already updated the address in your settings, make sure to check the specific email you are trying to send as well (see screenshot below):

    I hope this helps.

    Have a great day!

    Hi @hubersgoafrica,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
