• Hi there,

I use the Ninja Popup plugin and integrated the popup with a link in the main menu. Without the stickymenu the popup works fine.

But when I use the Sticky Menu plugin, the popup doesn’t work anymore when the link that activates the plugin is contained inside the “sticky element”.

For example see here. Please klick on the button in the menu with the text: “Offerte aanvragen”.

Now when you click the same link here. You’ll notice that it works just fine.

The difference is that in the first link I applied the “sticky element” to the menu wrapper and in the second link I didn’t.

Do you have any idea how to fix this?

    Kindest regards,
    Steven

Would be great to get a reply..

My apologies, I missed this one.

I’ll look into it, though there’s a chance this is just the result of the two plugins working with different methods and that they’re simply incompatible. But I’ll check and so some tests and will get back to you in a few days.

Thanks Mark. I didn’t know if you were going to reply so I’ve created a work around (sticky header without using the plugin). So it actually works now on the mentioned website ??

But I’m still interested if you recognize this issue and what the solution might be.

    Thanks!

    Hi @wijngaarde

Unfortunately I’m not able to test it with the plugin you used, since I don’t have a license for that.

Though I did try it with a www.ads-software.com-hosted version: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/ninja-forms-modal/

It’s tricky, but I can make it work. Basically, you’d have the form in the footer (but invisible) and you’d have to use an additional widget for that. Considering that you already made it work with your own workaround, I’m not sure if it would be worth going through all the trouble to be honest.

It’s not really a bug or an error in my plugin, but basically a simple case of plugins not being fully compatible.

If you DO want to use the Sticky Anything plugin and still have a popup form using the Ninja Forms Modal plugin, let me know and I can help.

    Hi there,

I want to set delay for popup box where do setting for this.

    Regards,
    Rohit

Please include as many details as possible, because I’m not sure if your question is directly related to my sticky plugin — it may be an issue with Ninja popups.
