Within the last month or so, our site has been the victim of increased spam form submissions. Even though we have some pretty extensive client-side validation in place, the submissions are still getting through, leading me to believe that these are perhaps cURL/Postman attacks. This plugin seems like it would be perfect to combat these attacks, but I’m just a little concerned about this troubleshooting step mentioned on your site in particular.

More and more people are using ad blockers. You didn’t mention any of the “poorly coded” ones by name, but AdBlock and AdBlock Plus are of course the two of the most popular and most notorious for interfering with certain web functionality. Have there been many issues with this plugin and either of those two extensions?

    Hi @edikitt,

You’ll be fine with any of the top ad-blockers. AdBlock, AdBlock Plus, uBlock Origin (our favorite) are fine. We’ve never had a complaint from any of the popular ad-blockers. We added that info into the Troubleshooting Guide so people are aware that they have to make sure their browser plugins aren’t hindering normal web functionality. The plugin doesn’t use any functionality that those filters would trip on. It’s built for maximum compatibility. All of the known conflicts are listed in the plugin docs, so if it’s not in there, it’s not an issue.

    Hope that helps!

these seems to be a vast number of adblock users, they are the bane of blogs and web site galore

seems to be a lot of various blocker tools too, makes it harder to cope
