Please note that this plug-in in the current version conflicts with the current version of the plug-in “Email Subscribers & Newsletters”. When Popup Builder is activated, the opt-in- and unsubscribe-links of the “Email Subscribers & Newsletters” plug-in stop working.

More details about this are available here.

Both plug-in developers should be interested in fixing this asap.

  • Dear @gnuyork,

Could you, please, share the steps how we can reproduce this issue on our side?

    Sure.

    1. install a fresh wordpress
    2. install “Email Subscribers & Newsletters”.
    3. add the shortcode [email-subscribers namefield=”YES” desc=”” group=”Public”] to the front page
    4. open the front page and register for the newsletter using a test mail address
    5. click the link inside the mail to confirm your mail address (works)
    6. click the unsubscribe link in the mail to unsubscribe (works)
    7. install and activate Popup Builder
    8. go to the front page again and register again for the newsletter
    9. click the link inside the mail to confirm your mail address (DOESN’T WORK ANYMORE; same thing for the unsubscribe links)
