Conflicts with many plugins (js related)

Hello!

I’m having a LOT of conflicts with other plugins that are using javascript. Every time i click on a menu link it loads the page fine, but none of the js elements work… Do you have any idea on how to reload the js after the ajax request ?

I’m using NextGen gallery and Sweetcaptcha but none of them work unless i completely reload the page.

Any help would be appreciated (from the dev or anybody else).
