Conflicts with premiumpress theme

I need to sort out the categories. So that i installed, external plugin called “category order and taxonomy terms order”. https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/taxonomy-terms-order/

But this seems to conflict with our site.

Problems when its active,
1. When i view any listing it doesn’t show up in carousel ads(hot ads).
2. When i add links to display in footer links via appearance – >menu
Set pages to display in footer links, but it get the page from home menu.
Manually i added some pages in html on footer widget. I don’t want to display here, i just want to display next to copyright.

When i deactivate the that plugins, both works well(Listing carousel & footer links)

Please help me to fix the issue with category order plugin or let me know how can i order the categories without that plugin. Because its all because of that plugin, if i disable then no problem.
