• Hi,
we have a problem with your plugin.
If you install a plugin via the WP repository, when “Resize Image After Upload” is active, a browser reload will start after a few seconds.
This in turn leads to the plugin or several newly installed plugins being activated automatically! It is by no means wanted!
    Please check the plugin.
    Thanks
    Tom Fischer

    Hello again Tom,
    thanks for your message.

We tried to reproduce this issue but we couldn’t so far. Could you please try to reproduce it yourself using this free WordPress sandbox environment?

Then, if you can reproduce the problem please contact us here and let me know the credentials of the test environment so I can see the error in action.

If you cannot reproduce the problem on the test environment then please try on your site again with another browser and/or make sure you remove the cookies attached with your site and then try again to see if the issue is still present.

Thanks, I’d appreciate your follow up on this,
    Alex

    Hi,

I too had a problem with “Resize Image After Upload” when “ShortPixel Image Optimizer” was installed (although not activated) : the media library said the image was resized to dimensions specified with “Resize Image After Upload” while the real full image dimensions was those specified in “ShortPixel Image Optimizer”.
