Conflicts with the .htaccess management with Multisite installation

    you mark this plugin as Multisite compatible, but there is a conflict with the .htaccess management, as the different subsite settings are overwriting the .htaccess file.

    There should be a network settings page, where all the options can be set, that affects .htaccess management.
