Conflicts with Avada WordPress theme.
Not great support, they have a chat feature on their website, but are never online it seemed. Billing is horrible. You can’t update payment information in your profile on their website, and if you need invoices for company reasons; that’s something you have to specifically ask them for. After not being able to update my credit card information, they wanted me to send a PayPal payment to an employee’s personal PayPal account, which we weren’t comfortable with as a company. So if you purchase this plugin for a company website and need invoices for billing/accounting, it’s always been difficult with Tagembed.
We’ve also found that the plugin doesn’t always work – we had a LinkedIn Feed in our footer. We’d have to clear our cache or view the site in a private window to ensure it was working properly.
For me, for $49/month or $600/year – we had hoped for better support and functionality.
