Conflicts with WP Add Custom CSS and Testimonials Slider

Hello,
We are using the WP Add Custom CSS Testimonials Slider plugins. After we installed the All In One SEO Pack the Custom CSS styles were not being applied to the home page, but were working on the other pages. Also the testimonials slider we were using on the home page stopped working.
