Conflit with W3 Total Cache?!

    I recently run into an issue after updating W3 Total Cache (W3TC) that resulted in just having a blank page. I posted the finding on W3TC (https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/just-a-blank-screen-after-last-update/) and after some research found it happens when Happy Addons for Elementor is activated.

    From W3TC, their support says that what was changed from previous W3TC version was “related to Minify is HTML minify action for elements containing SVG string”, as “now issue should arrive from that change”.

    Does it make sense to check SVG strings usage from Happy Addons for Elementor side to allow the HTML Minify action without issues?

    We rarely think HappyAddons has anything to do with it as changes came from the W3TC. However, we’ll look at this in we can do anything from us.

    Thanks for the feedback.

    Have you had the time to look into the issue reported? I just notice that you launched a new version but didn’t fix the issue.

    I’m not sure which developer side could fix it but since it wasn’t present until recently I imagine that between both sides it can be resolved.

    The latest release was with the due fixes. Have not covered the issues reported last week.

    However, we need your help to resolve the issue you mentioned. It would help both of us to sort the issue early if you can contact us directly from our website with more details of the issue or if you can provide a video/screencast.
