Confused about pages.. Please help me understand how to do this

I’ll try to explain this as clear as possible.
My site is https://finestpurchase.com
When I create a page they appear at the top nav bar..
Example:
https://finestpurchase.com/health-beauty/However, I want the top nav bar to link to the catagories.. not really a “new” page.
I want it to link to this page:
https://finestpurchase.com/category/health-beauty/How do I do this?! I am very confused.
