Confused about registration and login page

Hi. I’m building a site with what I think is pretty simple usage of s2Member plugin (using the free version). I would like for the registration page (with me custom form fields) to be within my site AND I’d like for the PayPal button to be at the end of that form. Is this possible? and how?
