I must be totally misunderstanding the set-up process. I am using Brevo as the SMTP. When someone uses the contact form on my site, I get the email notifying me, but when I try to reply to the email, it replies to my WP admin email, and not the person who sent the message. Useless they way it is. I have read the documentation, but can’t seem to make heads or tails out of it.

My previous contact plugin stopped upgrades and became obsolete, it was so simple — it had a from address which could be any address and a return-path address with had to be an address from the hosting domain. Worked like a champ, and it sent the email with the reply function that actually replied to the address the person filled out as their own in the form.

    Help?

    Very Respectfully, Frustrated and tired.

    Hello @navycs,

In this case, you just need to set the Reply-To Email Address to a?Smart Tag?that pulls the user’s email from the form submission as seen in the screenshot.

That way, you can easily reply to the notification email to get in touch with them. In case it helps, you can find more details about this here.

    Thanks ??
