Confused regarding Keyword Searches

Hi I need some guidance about the usage and expected results from a Job search using keywords.

I think I am just confused on how WPJM uses it’s look up

My example is I have multiple roles with the title Incident Manager in them.

If I type – Incident in my keyword search – I get all the listing returned back – perfect

However

If I type Incident analyst – I get 0 returns – I would have expected to see jobs with Incident or analyst in the job title. Or am I missing something.

Really sorry if a dumb question.. Maybe there is an easy way to sort? Any guidance please would be appreciated
