We were using the soon to be discontinued WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Gateway plugin and it worked. Plus, it was reasonably intuitive. I feel bad complaining, but:

Attempting to switch to this new plugin is maddening. I somehow accidentally applied for a credit card program in my client’s account which got rejected and now I can’t complete the onboarding flow.

Configuring the plugin settings is confusing and I have no idea how to get this working. PayPal support didn’t pick up. Completely stuck here. Is there an alternative solution?

    Hi @kinggrizzly,

    Thanks for sharing feedback.
We regret to hear the setup did not meet your expectations and would be interested in your opinion about what makes the Checkout plugin more intuitive to set up.
For any questions, or if you would like to have anything clarified, please open a thread in the support forums though:

    Hi Joost,
I’ve been working my way back to this. I don’t like being a 1-star reviewer for you! I’ll get a support ticket going soon to see if we can get this sorted out. Thanks for checking in.
    Brian
