Confusing for non-tech and tech people alike

  • Had to revert many clients back to the old editor – they were not happy that this got released at the busy time during the year and could not figure out how to use it. Very confusing for these clients, some of which are pretty technically savvy. I’m quite dissatisfied with it as well, as it’s slow and confusing UI, and requires more time and clicks to do the same work as the prior editor. I’m thankful the classic editor will be around to stay for a long time!
