• After studying the support forum and your replies to reviews, I just spent an entire morning trying to get the free version to work with the Instagram Business account, as everything you say in the support forum, in your guidelines and review replies, is suggesting that if you have Instagram Business, you should be able to do that.

    If only I had first checked your own website where it clearly states that you are NOT offering a free connection to an Instagram Business profile.

    I think it’d be fair to users to be very clear with this fact in your replies and guidelines, too.

    We tried our best to inform all of our customers in the support forum, in the plugin and via emails and newsletters about the new Instagram interface policy.
    We also immediately updated this information on WordPress, on our website and in our FAQ instructions for Instagram.
    However, there might be some old instructions and information in the WP support forum or on other websites that we have no influence on to change or delete. We are very sorry if any information was confusing for you.

    As you mentioned yourself, you can check all the currently available features and versions of Blog2Social on our website or in the current WordPress description and also directly in your Blog2Social plugin.
