Confusing Homepage Template and Blog Template Pages

    Hi all,
    I have created a new page template called “Home” and asigned it to my static homepage.
    I have also assigned the default template to the Blog page. (page showing the list of blog posts)

    The problem is that whatever I might do, the Blog page gets the same template with the homepage. Why is this happening and how can I fix it?

    Did you happen to find the solution to this problem. I’m experiencing the same one right now and it’s driving me nuts.
