    Hi,

    I’ve just purchased the paid version of the plugin but I’m unable to activate my license or connect it to my WordPress.com account. Whenever I click the link/button in my site’s WP dashboard I get the following error:

    “An error occurred. Please try again.”

    I’ve tried disabling all plugin but it makes no difference. Do you know how I can verify this please?

    I also don’t seem to be able to access any support even though I’m logged into my account that I purchased the product from. I just keep seeing this error:

    “Have a paid product and seeing this note? Be sure to log into your WordPress.com account that you used to purchase the product!”

    I’m definitely logged into my account but I keep going round in circles, how I am suppose to get help if it’s impossible to get hold of anyone?!

    Hi @jmdesignsolutions, to make sure that you’re logged in to the correct account, can you got to https://wordpress.com/me/purchases and check that the VideoPress purchase is listed there? If it’s not there, then it means that the license was bought under a different account, so you’ll login to the other account.
