    Hi @hanzmarc

I just took a look and Jetpack is connected to your site and everything looks good. Are you still having issues with this?

    Hello Bruce,

Thanks for the reply. Strangest thing ever, I finally was able to install Jetpack. All last week and most the weekend, it wasn’t letting me but it finally went.

Just a quick question about Jetpack, the plugin will automatically calculate the tax based on the client address they use?

    Thanks again!

    Hi Bruce,

This just happened and i was speaking with my server and we found an error that Jetpack was causing, and we both believe its slowing my site down to a halt, I cant even get into my admin now… i deactivated the Jetpack plugin to see if that was it and I think I messed it up now.

    This is the error log:

Now I can’t get into my dashboard for some reason?

Is there a back door to get to my dash?

    Hi @hanzmarc

If you don’t have access to your admin panel, try manually resetting your plugins (no dashboard access required).

    FAQ Troubleshooting

I’d also recommend deleting Jetpack completely and reinstalling it. that error seems to indicate a bit of outdated code somewhere which needs to be replace.

If neither of those things work, or if you don’t know your FTP information, I’d recommend reaching out to your host (GoDaddy) as they would likely be able to assist you with this.
