I’m hoping it was just a temporary issue, and that if you try again it’ll work. I know I’ve had cases personally where it doesn’t always work the first time but subsequent times have worked.

We are experiencing this same issue. Multiple attempts to login have not resolved. Also attempted uninstall and reinstall of the plugin.

We are using WordPress v4.8 with the Atelier theme and a modified child theme.

Please advise.

Best I can offer at the exact moment is that somewhere along the process something is failing. The question is what and where, and given that it’s someone else’s account/site that is being validated makes it all that much harder to debug.
