Connect Plugin and Theme repositories with Github repos

    www.ads-software.com is an amazing repository and it hosts a lot of plugins and theme SVNs. But unfortunately it lacks a lot of features which are provided by GIT and support handling features provided by GitHub.
    I have been developing WordPress themes/plugins for past 7 years but for past 3 years, I have not logged in to my WordPress account because I have migrated all my development on Git and Github.
    I am sure there are many more developers like me and also I am sure this has been in your to do list for a long time, but just wanted to grab your attention on this so that the www.ads-software.com does not get neglected.
    Please suggest/provide a way to automatically connect WP repo to github repositories. We can add a readme.txt file as required and WordPress automatically picks the file from the repository.
