Connect Post Submission to Buddypress

    Hey, I need a little help, I have my site running Buddypress and buddyforms with ACF, I used budddforms and acf to create a front end form, I want to show the submission of user in their Buddypress profiles, for eg if user A makes a post then it should appear in their xprofile and user B can view the post made by user A. Is this possible, If yes please let me know how, thanks
