  • Hey @mark8888,

Thanks for reaching out – I’m sorry to hear about that. I’d like to grab some details from you if you have a moment to get the troubleshooting process started. Do you mind replying back here with the following details?

    – What happens when you enter the API key – do you see any error messages? If so, could you please include the full error text or a screenshot of the error in your reply back? If there is no error, does anything at all happen or does the screen remain unchanged?
    – What version of PHP is installed?
    – What version of MySQL is running?
    – What version of WordPress are you working with?
    – What version of the MailChimp for WooCommerce plugin do you have installed?
    – What other plugins are currently active? (A screenshot or list would be fine)
    – If you temporarily revert to a default WordPress theme and deactivate all other installed plugins aside from WooCommerce and MailChimp for WooCommerce, does the behavior persist? (This test can help us rule out potential plugin conflicts.)

Thanks! All of this information will allow us to mirror your environment in our testing platform and run some tests to nail down the culprit here. We look forward to hearing back and helping out.

    Hey @mark8888,

Thank you for the reply. It looks like I got the MySQL API version rather than the MySQL version. Do you mind replying back here to confirm that you have MySQL v. 5.6 or greater running on your site? Additionally if we could get a list of plugins installed and the theme installed that would really help us out. We just need to do our best to mirror your environment to rule out any plugin or theme conflicts – typically this causes some wonky behavior.

    Thanks again!

Whoops! I missed that reply – my apologies @mark8888. You should be set to email the MailChimp support team with simply a link to this forum post. It’s good to see that your MySQL set up is also current and meets our minimum system requirements.

    Thanks again!

    will do.
    Thank you!

    Hey @mark8888,

I hope all is well on your end. I just wanted to follow up here and see if you’re still running into any issues or if things were resolved with MailChimp support. If you are still seeing any wonky behavior, please ensure you’re using the latest versions of WooCommerce and MailChimp for WooCommerce and reply back here with any specifics. We want to help out as much as we can.

    Thanks!

    Pearl
