    I can’t connect with PayPal. It’s driving me nuts. I can’t get out of the sandbox mode. There’s some kind of bug in the program? I have the PayPal business account set up and it tells me I have to confirm my email and I did that 10 times and it still does not work. It’s a complete disaster.

    Hey @jonblu

    Sorry to hear you are having troubles connecting. Please go to the Downloads > Settings > Payments tab and disable Test mode if you have it enabled. Make sure to save the settings at the bottom after you uncheck Test mode.

    Now change to the PayPal section and click the Connect button. You will now connect in Live mode. If you got the verify email before, it usually means that you had Test mode in EDD enabled, which means you were trying to connect to PayPal in Test mode with your Live PayPal email.

    For test mode with PayPal, you need to create Sandbox accounts with them which are different than your real PayPal account https://easydigitaldownloads.com/docs/paypal-setup/#sandbox.
