Connect to Sheet in Shared Folder

    Hi there,

    We setup our integration with Google Sheets and it works well.
    The Sheet was then moved into a folder that is shared to our login.
    When we try to connect to the Sheet now, adding the folder ID, we get “Folder not found, please put Folder ID.”
    Is Forminator able to connect to a Sheet in a shared folder?
    Do we have to be logged in as the account that shared it?

    Hi @samjnz

    I hope you are doing well.

    Forminator should be able to connect the shared folders, I did the following test:

    – Created a folder from one Gmail and shared in another email
    – Added Forminator integration using the second email account
    – Connected the folder ID

    It worked fine, but can you double-check if the Email that handles the API has the Editor permission for that folder?
