Connect to the Wrong Blog

I have two blogs registered with word press. Yesturday I upgraded one to have a hosted domain name with wordpress.
This blog will have a lot of code samples posted to it so I decided to use w.bloggar to post.
However when I enter my blog address of https://consultdotnet.com/xmlrpc.php the software connects to the wrong blog. It connects to totheappleside.wordpress.com rather than the https://consultdotnet.com blog that I have specified.

How do I configure the software to connect to the correct blog?
