Connect Watson Plugin to DB Mysql

    Hello,
    Is there a tutorial on how I save the conversations in the same database as Watson (MySql), so that I can make a survey of the questions asked on my website, and the questions that remain unanswered?

    Hello @afontolan,

    To save the conversations history, go to the “Advanced Features”>”Chat History section” (sample screenshot) opposite the “Enable chat history collection”, select “Yes” and click “Save Changes”. After that, all conversations taking place on your site will be saved in a database, where you can see the chat transcript using SQL queries or any plug-ins for viewing databases.
