“Connect with PayPal” button doesn`t work

    Hi,

    “Connect with PayPal” button doesnt work. I navigated to Donations > Settings > Payment Gateways > PayPal On the “PayPal Donations” tab, but after I click on the button the popup doesnt appear.

    I have PHP 7.4, WordPress 5.8, I updatted all the plugins (All-in-One WP Migration, Elementor, Give – Donation Plugin, GiveWP Donation Widgets for Elementor, Head and Footer Scripts Inserter, jQuery Manager for WordPress, Loco Translate,
    Polylang, PRO Elements, VamTam Elementor Integration, VamTam Importers (E) and WooCommerce), my theme and no errors appear on the page.
    I really don`t know what to do, how can I connect to my Paypal account.

    Can you help me, please?

    Hi @ritut,

    Glad you reached out here.

    That sounds like there’s a javascript conflict on the page preventing the button from working.

    The next step would be to try our Health Check tutorial. This can allow you to test your site with different plugins without hurting the front-end of your site at all. https://givewp.com/documentation/resources/troubleshoot-wordpress-websites-health-check/

    This way you can disable all other plugins and try to connect again. If needed, switch to a default theme like the Twenty Twenty One theme too.

    Once you are able to connect you can reactivate all plugins and switch back to your existing theme.

    Let me know if you find a conflict with another plugin or the theme.
