Connected but “No lists were found in your MailChimp account”

    Hi,

    I’m getting “No lists were found in your MailChimp account” error, even though Status says “Connected” and the Renew button says “Done! MailChimp lists renewed”. Please see the image below for clarification. The plugin seems to work otherwise and is adding subscribers to the correct Mailchimp list. My Mailchimp groups are not showing up either though. Is there a solution for this? https://www.brettdorron.com

    Hey @brettdorron,

    Can you please let us know the exact version of our plugin you are using and if you are also using any caching plugins?

    Hi Harish,

    Thanks for responding.

    I’m using version 4.0.11
    No caching plugins at this stage
    Wordpress is v4.7 and all other plugins are up to date

    I have Mailchimp for WordPress running perfectly well on another site sharing the same hosting account so the server environment should be fine. I’ve also turned off all other plugins to check for conflicts, but there is no change there either.
