Connecting my WooCommerce shop to Alibaba

I have installed the Alibaba plug in on my Word Press dashboard and looking to connect it to my WooCommerce shop. Every time I click connect to store, it goes on the Alibaba page where I have registered and log in, a page with the approval appears and when I click it to approve it it goes back to the Word Pres dashboard on the Alibaba plug in page asking to connect, again.
Can somebody help?
