Connecting Shared Pixels

    Hi,

    I am having trouble connecting the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin. How can I connect a pixel that was shared with the Business Manager that I want to connect? I only see the pixels that are OWNED by the Business Manager that I picked in the first step and I also see the pixel of my personal ad account.

    However, for security and compliance purposes we use a shared pixel for advertising that is owned by a different Business Manager but was shared with our Business Manager.

    Is there no way to connect shared pixels? Our Business Manager has all necessary rights to use and manage the pixel in question.

    Thanks so much for reaching out to us on this!

    Is there no way to connect shared pixels? Our Business Manager has all necessary rights to use and manage the pixel in question.

    Currently, only pixels created through the Business Manager can be selected. You won’t be able to connect shared pixels that weren’t created by another Business Manager.
