Connecting This plugin with shopmagic plugin

Hello, I have created the new e-mail template via shopmagic, which are send to client imediatelly, after the order is submitted on checkout.
It is something like “confirmation” for client, that his order has been received to woocommerce.
However I would like to attach the PDF invoice to that e-mail, which is generated by shopmagic plugin.
When I enter the settings of your plugin, I can’t see the checkbox with e-mail, which comes from shopmagic.

IS there any way, how can I connect those two plugins, or any other way, how can I send PDF invoice to client imediatelly after order is submitted?
