Connecting to Facebook

My Domain is: “www.thefaithjourney.net” I have recently changed the domain of my wordpress site from alloweddoubt..net to thefaithjourney.net. Most links have been updated by updating permalinks but when on this URL – https://www.thefaithjourney.net/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=sharing – and click on Facebook, it takes me to here – https://allowedtodoubt.net/hereitis/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=sharing&action=completed&service=facebook&id=7532063#_=_ – this does not allow me to set up Facebook sharing. Can you help? This part is obviously still pointing to the wrong domain, My Hosting company have told me to post here as it is out of their realm to help with this.
