connecting to Jetpack problem

    I’m trying to reconnect Jetpack (the free version) and it does not work. I also had all plugins disabled with no results. I’m lost. If someone would be so kind to help I really would appreciate it. Hartmut

    Hi there, @hardyhorse,

    Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the connection problem already.

    Can you please try deactivating and deleting Jetpack entirely, and then trying to reinstall it?

    To remove Jetpack, you can FTP into your site and delete the folder wp-content/plugins/jetpack. (If you’re not sure how to do this, ask your hosting company for help.)

    After that’s done, you can reinstall Jetpack by following these instructions:
