• This issue appears to be common, but no solution has been provided as far as I can tell.

I can install my Pixel manually, but it is not showing up in the list of accounts when choosing Facebook connect.

I have a main Business Manager account, and have created a second pixel in this account which I want to use on my site guitarfreedom.io

I know the pixel is working as I’ve installed it before connecting Pixel Caffeine.

I can install the pixel manually, but apparently this will mean I will miss out out the custom audience feature?

Please advise if there is a workaround for this issue, I have found other posts in the forum but nothing recently.

  • Is this plugin still supported?

    Hi there

If I’ve understood the problem you’re all having, then it’s the same as I had… but I cracked it!

Basically you just associate the pixel with the ad account via FB business settings. I’ve done a video explaining how to do it. (Hopefully it will work for you too.)

I can’t embed the YouTube video here, so here’s the link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n_6TSsUH0dM

    Hope that helps!

Thanks for the video, AI! ??

In my case, the problem is a little different. Any ad account that is associated with a Business Manager, does not show up under available ad accounts in Pixel Caffeine. So I can’t even get to the pixel choosing step.

Hmm. I’m no expert, and you’ve probably already thought of this, but when you connected Pixel Caffeine with your FB account (on the PC setting page), what Facebook profile did you use to connect to FB with?

Is it possible that the FB user profile somehow doesn’t have access to that ad account?

To check, go to Business Manager => Business Settings and choose ‘Ad Accounts’. Then just make sure the name of the profile you’re using to connect to Pixel Caff is in that list and set as admin.

As I say, I’m no expert here – but this is the same method I used above, just with different settings. Might work!

Thanks @marketingcentre for your help, what you’ve explained in your screencast might be the trick and helps me to understand better the issue. I’m working on a fix and I’ll make it available to all.

Instead, for the @tigger2350’s issue, it might be related to what @marketingcentre said, I’d follow his instructions. Let us know if it works for you.

    Hey guys,

I made a fix in the plugin to retrieve the pixels also from the business manager ID associated with the Ad Account you selected. Get the fixed version from this link and install it on your website: https://www.dropbox.com/s/qkbsq2cej5vyk92/pixel-caffeine.2.0.7.fix-business-pixels.zip?dl=0

Let me know if it works for you.

I tried latest plugin you shared still no solutions.
