Unable to connect WordPress to GoDaddy hosting

I have purchased GoDaddy hosting for personal reasons and I want to create a blog. I installed WordPress plugin thru CPanel and was redirected to the WordPress site to pick up a theme or start with a blank page. I picked up a blank page and the site started loading but it just won’t load. It’s loading with no end. I tried even picking up a theme for my website but that didn’t help and I’m stuck on the loading page. Please help with this problem.
