Connecting WordPress zap for New User – Error

  • I am trying to connect Zapier App and trigger a new user, but I am getting the following error:
    Error parsing response. We got: “<div id=”error”><p class=”wpdberror”>WordPress database error: [Unknown column &#03″

    Any idea what it could be?
    I cannot validate the zap.
