Connection between Ninja Forms and Job Manager does not work

I have a problem with connecting Ninja Forms and Job Manager. I did everything like in the Tutorial and also what i found in the faqs.
But when I press the “apply-button” i will not see the form, only the E-Mail.Look at: https://www.neu.fantom.at/jobangebote/
I found some other members with the same problem, posted one week ago.
