Connection between the areas on the map to posts

    You’re defining the areas, but not placing any URLs for each area ??

    If you take a look at the imagemap app, you can see that, at the top, each time you start designing a new area, there are some fields which you can fill in. One of them is Href — that’s the URL you need to fill in to link that area with a specific post in your blog.

    BTW, Alt is a title for the link (it will show up on most browsers as a floating yellow box, hovering over each area), and with target you can specify if the browser will open a new window for the link or not. If you’re redirecting visitors to articles on your own blog, you might leave it as it is. If you’re redirecting them to other pages (i.e. outside your blog), it’s common courtesy to open a new window for that.
