Connection Dropped on Admin Page

I’ve set up and installed my Worpress on a hosted server..

I can connect to the admin page, log in and use the site and dashboard normally when on a PC at work.

I can connect to the admin page, log in and use the site and dashboard normally when at home on my Mac (using the neighbours connection).

But when i use my same Home Mac computer connecting with a USB Huawei i get to the admin page, log in then get the error:

“Safari can’t open the page “https://(sitename).com/wp-login.php” because the server unexpectedly dropped the connection. This sometimes occurs when the server is busy. Wait for a few minutes, and then try again.”

I’ve checked with my web hosting service and everything is fine on their end (also as i can log in with a different computer and also my home mac prooving it works)

Process of elimination being as i can log in at work on a PC i can log in at home on my Mac using neighbours services provider but when i use my USB it wont connect…

Any ideas one this one? i has to be ports or the ISP? or something right?
