    again, it’s impossible to connect a place within the plugin. It seems that there’s a problem with reCAPTCHA.

    I tried this place: str?er online marketing

    By clicking on the entry below the input to select it, the loading spinner appears and that’s it.

    The Ajax request returns:

    }
    }

    Please, allow inserting the place ID manually without requiring to use your form, since it’s highly unreliable at the moment.

    Or allow using the old method that speaks directly with the Google API without having the need to use your iframed service from https://app.richplugins.com/gpidc, which seems to be superfluous to me.

    I would if the plugin lets me. It stops at the first screen with the overlay “Google reviews connection”. So I can’t do anything unless I selected a business place there, but I can’t because of the error above.

    Please clarify, is it a new website? Could you send debug information to support email? You can get it on the page: Google Reviews / Support / Advance tab.

    Thank you for your patience! Unfortunately, we introduced this new connection method to reduce connection to Google via our API key, because it’s extremely expensive for us. However, there may be errors that we are currently trying to find.
